TQPUMPS boasts a team of over 30 skilled technical experts, consisting of professor level senior engineer and senior engineers in a tiered talent structure. We have obtained over 30 national patents and dedicate 5% of our annual budget to research and development.Furthermore, we utilize advanced CFD fluid dynamics analysis software to systematically simulate hydraulic flows, continuously improving our hydraulic models to enhance pump efficiency. Our efforts have been recognized with the certification of a national high-tech enterprise. Our products adhere to ISO international standards and are designed to meet the requirements of the international market.

Testing Capabilities

Moreover, our company possesses an national B-level comprehensive testing center. Each prototype undergoes type testing, automatically generating performance curves and key data such as flow rate, current, head, and cavitation margin. We can test over 10 points parameter to ensure product performance meets the requirements of ISO 9906 3B or 2B class standards.

Production & Facility

Casting

We are one of the very few companies (less than 5 in China) that possess own casting foundry. We utilize resin sand and coated sand technology, metal molds, and 5 million-worth mechanical no-box molding lines. With high automation capabilities, we have bid farewell to traditional manual methods, achieving high production efficiency and stable quality of castings with smooth and defect-free surfaces.

We are a renowned supplier with a full set of motor production lines with 1 million unit motor blank and 600 thousand unit motors yearly capacity. Our advanced processing equipment includes fully automatic mechanical pressing machines, automatic stator wire embedding machines, semi-automatic aluminum casting machines, high-speed punching presses, and more. We assemble motors on production lines, ensuring reliable quality and high cost-effectiveness.

Our factories is equipped with multiple high-precision four-axis horizontal boring and milling CNC machining imported from overseas, as well as forty precision machinES including multi-spindle drilling machines, gantry mills, impeller dynamic balancing machines, shot blasting machines, digital controled vertical slotting machines and so on. Our products are manufactured with high precision, high production efficiency, and have the capability to process products up to 2m in size.

Painting and Assembling

Possesses 2 fully automatic cataphoresis coating line and a semi-automatic painting line. The paint surfure is uniform and of excellent quality, with strong rust and corrosion resistance abilities.

Our assembly process is managed through modular streamline management, ensuring standardized procedures and high production efficiency. This leads to low labor costs and high productivity.

Quality Control

Our quality control process fully complies with the ISO9001 quality management system requirements. Our quality belief is that quality is produced, not detected. That's why we constantly introduce automated processing equipment every year to improve product accuracy and quality stability.

Incoming Inspection

Dedicated personnel conduct incoming inspection, including dimensional check, visual inspection, material testing, and regular screening and standardization of suppliers.

Process Control

First-article inspection is conducted for each batch, followed by random sampling by quality inspectors. We have advanced equipment such as dynamic balancing machines and water pressure testing machines to inspect critical hydraulic components such as pump bodies and impellers.

Ex-factory Inspection

Every product undergoes performance testing, leak testing, and current testing before leaving the factory to ensure 100% compliance. Dedicated personnel conduct visual and configuration inspections to ensure every requirements from customer.
