WQ Big Submersible Sewage Pump

WQ submersible sewage pump uses a special submersible electric motor at the top and a pump at the bottom. The medium to be pumped is sucked in axially from the bottom, then discharged laterally from the pump body.

The impeller is fixed on the motor shaft extension, forming a common rotor component with the motor shaft. The pump body and pump cover together form the pressure boundary, designed for a temperature of 40°C. The design pressure for pumps with a head of less than 40m is 0.6MPa, and for pumps with a head of ≥40m, the design pressure is 1.0MPa. O-rings are used as reliable static seals at the connections between parts.

The motor is cooled by the pumped medium through heat sinks on the stator housing, and can also be equipped with a special cooling jacket.

The product is optimized with a steep Q-H curve, a flat Q-P curve, achieving the goal of overload-free design. The pump operates within a wide flow range, with high efficiency, low vibration, and stable operation.

Our innovative overload-free hydraulic design allows for a wide operating range, high efficiency, minimal vibration, and smooth operation. It also ensures the passage of solid materials and resistance to fiber entanglement. The excellent dual end-face in-line installed mechanical seals and self-cleaning lower water seal function on the pump cover guarantee a lifespan of both seals exceeding 15,000 hours. The high reliability submersible motor is rated at H-class insulation, with a maximum operating temperature of 180°C. Pump body, pump cover, and oil chamber castings undergo electrophoretic treatment or paint coating to enhance corrosion resistance. The overall structure ofct the impeller mounting shaft, ensures reliable operation with the pump center positioned low.

Users' selection shall not be limited by the performance parameters list. Parameters in the catalog are only for reference. We could design and manufacture the product according to the actual requirements. If there is a special selection beyond the sample performance parameters, please get in touch with our technical support.

If the selected model is close to performance parameters, generally standard impeller pumps and high-speed pumps are preferred. (NPSH shall meet the requirements).

If a high-voltage motor or special motor is required, please DO NOT make the foundation according to the installation dimension of the sample. Our technical support shall customize the drawings.
