TPG Vertical Pipeline Canned Motor Pump

TPG is a centrifugal pump with pump and hermetically sealed electric motor mounted on single shaft thus eliminating the mechanical seal or other sealing device. A part of the pumped liquid is by-passed through the motor, for cooling the motor and lubricating the bearing. TPG is the ideal solution for the common problems of excessive noise, vibration, and water leakage in water pumps on the market.

Extremely low noise level The pump features a silent design with reduced noise levels due to the elimination of rolling bearings. Instead, it is equipped with sliding bearingsC, which possess low friction, excellent self-lubrication properties, and high wear resistance. This design allows for silent operation and eliminates the need for regular lubrication and maintenance of bearings.
	No seal,no leakage TPG pump is guaranteed to be leakage-free for life, ensuring a clean and dry pump room. By eliminating the common mechanical seal (shaft seal), the pump overcomes the issue of water leakage caused by seal damage, thus maintaining a dry and clean pump environment.

We could design and manufacture the product according to the actual requirements. If there is a special selection beyond the sample performance parameters, please get in touch with our technical support.

If the selected model is close to performance parameters, generally standard impeller pumps and high-speed pumps are preferred. (NPSH shall meet the requirements).

If a high-voltage motor or special motor is required, please DO NOT make the foundation according to the installation dimension of the sample. Our technical support shall customize the drawings.
