CQC Chinese Energy-saving Product Certificate

Recently, 143 models of TP vertical inline circulation pumps have passed the product performance testing and on-site production inspection by the authoritative third-party laboratory - Zhejiang Provincial Electromechanical Product Quality Testing Institute. TP series have reached the specified energy efficiency standards and obtained the China Energy Conservation Product Certification.

The TP vertical inline circulation pump is the 3rd generation of circulating pump products from the TQPUMPS. By optimizing product design and improving manufacturing processes, TP's performance, reliability, and appearance have reached an advanced level worldwide.

**Energy and Cost Savings:**

- **Electricity Savings:** The pump efficiency is increased by an average of 3%-5%, saving electricity. For example, with a motor power of 18.5kW, annual operation can save up to 13,000 RMB.

- **Construction Savings:** With the same flow rate, the pump set is smaller and occupies less footprint. The flange  diameter can be reduced by 1-2 sizes, greatly saving installation space and costs for new projects.

- **After-sales Savings:** Copper rings are self-lubricating and wear-resistant; the pipeline top extraction design eliminates the need to disassemble motor parts, significantly reducing maintenance time and costs.

**Outstanding Performance:**

- Three-dimensional CFD optimized hydraulic model and extreme diffusion design increase the flow rate by nearly six times and raise the head by nearly 20% compared to similar products of the same caliber.

- Product outline drawings and rated duty points are consistent with international brands.

**Reliable Quality:**

- Pressure parts can withstand 21bar operating pressure, the service life of seal rings for no less than 20,000 hours, and mechanical seals for trouble-free operation for no less than 8,000 hours, equipped with standard Japanese imported NSK bearings.

- Vibration and noise reduction of more than 10dB(A), with cataphoretical  treatment on casting surfaces.
