TQLT Vertical Inline Pump for Cooling Tower

TQLT series vertical centrifugal In-line pump for cooling tower can be used in clean water with a temperature range of -10'C~80℃. Generally, the ambient temperature required for this pump is below 40 degrees Celsius, and the altitude cannot be less than 1000m, and the relative humidity cannot exceed 95%. At the same time, the maximum working pressure of this pump is 0.6Mpa. The motor we use is the IE3 series ultra-high efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor series, the power and type are in line with IEC-Normb, the conventional power supply of this pump is 380V, 50Hz. The direction of the pump is clockwise when looking down from the motor blade end.

TQLT is mainly used in closed cooling towers, condenser water circulation, cooling of various equipment units, and general water supply.
The pump body and pump cover of TQLT are made of cast iron, which ensures quality and highly efficient operation.
The impeller is made of stainless steel 2Cr13, which is not easy to rust. The bearings can be made of domestic high-quality or imported brands.
Adopt direct connection structure, stable operation in the later stage, less vibration and noise, and easy maintenance.

We could design and manufacture the product according to the actual requirements. If there is a special selection beyond the sample performance parameters, please get in touch with our technical support.

If the selected model is close to performance parameters, generally standard impeller pumps and high-speed pumps are preferred. (NPSH shall meet the requirements).

If a high-voltage motor or special motor is required, please DO NOT make the foundation according to the installation dimension of the sample. Our technical support shall customize the drawings.
