TWZ pumps are non-self-priming, single-stage, cantilever monoblock centrifugal volute pumps with axial inlet port, radial outlet port and horizontal shaft on the base. They are available in PN16 and PN25 body pressure versions. The pumps are fitted with air-cooled asynchronous motors. Impeller and motor shaft are connected via a rigid sleeve coupling (stub shaft). The pumps are fitted with a mechanical shaft seal. The pumps provide a compact arrangement ideal for installations where space is at a premium. With its compact and space-saving design, this pump is ideal for use in industrial, commercial, and residential settings where space is limited.In fact, TWZ series horizontal rigid coupled cantilever single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump is derived from TPW series. It shares the same pump body,impeller as TPW and the same motor support as TP series. TWZ features a higher operating temperature than TPW.
The TWZ pump uses the full temperature range of-25°℃~+120℃, and the standard pumping medium temperature is usually at 0°℃ ~ +120°C. If the temperature of pumping medium is at-25°℃~0C, it is recommended that the standard sealing friction auxiliary change from C/SiC to SiC/SiC; If the medium temperature is +90°℃~+120°℃, it is not recommended that the pump set leader operate to protect the equipment.
