XBD-TQW Single Stage Horizontal Fire Pump

(1) The XBD-W series features a horizontal single-stage end suction design with a cantilever close-coupled structure suitable for fixed firefighting applications. The pump impeller is directly mounted on the extended shaft of the motor. Both the pump inlet and outlet are flanged connections, with axial inlet port, radial outlet port and horizontal shaft on the base. The pump does not have bearings; both axial and radial forces are supported by the motor's bearings. The pump and motor are connected via bolts on a common base.
(2) We developed this new product according to the needs of domestic industrial and mining enterprises, construction projects, and high-rise building firefighting, strictly following the international standard ISO2858 and the latest GB6245-2006 "Fire Pump" standards. The product has been sealed sampled by the National Firefighting Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, and its quality performance fully complies with the GB6245-2006 national standard. Its performance reaches the advanced level of similar domestic products.

Application

(1) The XBD-W series pumps can transport liquids below 80°C that do not contain solid particles or are physically and chemically similar to clear water, as well as slightly corrosive liquids.
(2) These pumps are mainly used for the water supply of fixed firefighting systems in industrial and civil buildings (fire hydrant extinguishing systems, automatic sprinkler extinguishing systems, and water spray extinguishing systems, etc.).
(3) These products can be used not only in independent firefighting water supply systems but also in combined firefighting and domestic (production) water supply systems, as well as for building, municipal, industrial and mining water drainage, and boiler feed water among other applications. Product Features

The design is compact with a small footprint. The product integrates motor and pump into one unit, reducing the mounting space by 30% compared to normal horizontal pumps.
Designed with a top pull-out structure, allowing the pump to be repaired without disassembling the pump body pipe connections.
The impeller and shaft are made of stainless steel.
The performance range is broad, meeting the large flow requirements of firefighting water supply scenarios. It can also be supplied as part of a complete firefighting unit.

Users' selection shall not be limited by the performance parameters list. Parameters in the catalog are only for reference. We could design and manufacture the product according to the actual requirements. If there is a special selection beyond the sample performance parameters, please get in touch with our technical support.

If the selected model is close to performance parameters, generally standard impeller pumps and high-speed pumps are preferred. (NPSH shall meet the requirements).

If a high-voltage motor or special motor is required, please DO NOT make the foundation according to the installation dimension of the sample. Our technical support shall customize the drawings.
